Aaron Seigal

Aaron Seigal focuses his practice exclusively in the area of family law. He represents individuals in divorce, custody, child support, alimony, paternity, removal, modifications, contempt proceedings, restraining orders, and guardianships of children. Attorney Seigal is an effective negotiator, who is able to guide his clients through complex personal and financial issues that arise in litigation. He represents clients across the Commonwealth in Probate and Family Courts in Middlesex, Norfolk, Essex, Plymouth, Bristol, and Suffolk Counties.

Attorney Seigal joined Wilkinson and Finkbeiner in 2020. Prior to joining W&F, Aaron represented clients in mediation, motion hearings, and summary process trials in the housing court. He has experience preparing documents for litigation including complaints, discovery requests, and discovery responses. He also represented lending institutions and loan servicers in all aspects of the foreclosure process. While in law school, Aaron worked as a real estate analyst for a national retailer, where he reviewed lease agreements and provided financial analysis.  He brings his extensive experience in finance, housing, and real estate matters to every case he tries in the Probate and Family Court.
