Location of Divorce and Family Courts in Plymouth County, Massachusetts

There are two family law (divorce) courthouses in Plymouth County, including one in Plymouth and one in Brockton. These courthouses are staffed with judicial officers, court clerks and assistants to help with all family law matters including divorce, child custody and paternity cases, separate support, and domestic abuse.  The judges also handle cases involving “post-judgment” and “enforcement” issues relating to previously entered family law judgments and orders.

The Plymouth county family law courthouse is located at 52 Obery Street, Suite 1130, Plymouth, MA 02360.  All divorce, separate support, paternity and other family law cases must be filed at the Plymouth location, although court sessions may be held in Brockton depending on the judge assigned to the case.

The Brockton family law courthouse is located at 215 Main Street, Suite 220, Brockton, MA 02301.
