In order to participate in our Massachusetts online divorce mediation program, simply follow a few simple steps:

Step One – Download our Client Intake Sheet

Step Two – Choose an Option and Complete the Retainer

Do you prefer to simply meet with our divorce experts or do you want to meet with us and for us to complete all the necessary paperwork to bring your divorce to a conclusion?  The only difference between the two options is that we require a slightly higher deposit to complete all the paperwork, including drafting your separation agreement.

If you simply want to mediate your case, complete this form: MA Online Mediation – Retainer Agreement Option 1 ($900)

If you want us to mediate your case and complete all the necessary paperwork, complete this form: MA Online Mediation – Retainer Agreement Option 2 ($2000)
