Options to Fit Every Budget and Schedule

We offer two main options for our Massachusetts online divorce mediation program:

Option 1 – Mediation with a Divorce Specialist

The first option we provide is three hours of mediator time for a deposit of $900.  This option generally does not include preparation of pleadings, including the separation agreement that will be a most important document to resolve your divorce.  If you should later want to request these services, we are happy to help.

Option 2 – Mediation with a Divorce Specialist and Preparation of all Documents

The second option we provide requires a higher deposit but we will also prepare the joint “1A” divorce complaint, all the other required documents to file, and prepare a detailed separation agreement.  For more information about separation agreements, click here.

Option 3 – Other Mediation Services

If neither Option 1 nor Option 2 work with your budget, contact us today to discuss other alternatives.  In many cases, we offer a “pay as you go” consulting service and help you with whatever specific needs you have.
